Aftermarket fuel pumps are readily available and range in price from $75 to $120. However, they do not come with the complete assembly (base plate, hardware, lines), which, given the age and mileage may require replacement. If the existing fuel pump unit is is good shape (rust/corrosion free), then an aftermarket pump will be fine. Generally, however, it’s best to use OEM.
